One of our club members puts on the "melon ride" each year. Had over 55 riders turn out for today's slug fest. Great ride that started in Manteca, headed north then east and eventually back to the start. Had a couple of riders go down but everyone was in one piece at the end of the day. Approximately 52 miles with a average speed of 20.6 mph.
