I am about 75% sure that Gran Turismos lacked either low-rider mounts or canti brakes in 1983. The low-rider mounts especially... Those would be a rare item on any 1983 tourer.

I would guess 1984 or 1985—leaning toward 85, just because of the fives in the serial—but I'm no expert.
