Definitely Miyata-made, 1984. It will be identical to the 1984 Miyata 610 in frame, components and wheels- 27" Araya rims with sealed-bearing hubs, 6-speed rear, Mountech F+R Mech, etc, etc. Actually, the Miyata 610 didn't have low-rider mounts, so the Univega is a tiny bit better...
