I am sure that I will feel much better with a narrower seat. I wasn't planning playing with the stem until my new bars arrive. I think I will get it dialed in when the new bars arrive.

The LBS will swap stems. I might be fine with a little longer stem than I had last time after raising the bars a little bit.

The other issue is the LBS pumped the tires up to 120. I didn't deflate them to my normal 100 psi. I am not heavy enough to require that much air in the tires.
