It depends. If the spoke breakage caused the rim to warp, it could make rebuilding up impossibly without using extreme spoke tensions. In that case, you're bound for more spokes breaking but likely anything that requires more life insurance. If the rim stayed relatively true throughout the whole ordeal, you should be fine.
