You could try using one of the Topeak F22 fixers instead of the F11 fixer:

F22 on the left................................................................................................ ... F11 on the right

It moves the bag further to the rear and might give it just enough space to avoid your legs hitting it. For the weight weenies, I think it's also a little lighter than the regular F11 Topeak bag fixer that came with your bag (F22 = 38g, F11 = 48g)
