Well here i am back again. There have been so many emails between me and this person i thought i would update you. I did some digging and found out that their company is shopfast.com.au . How i know is that i got onto http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/955635 and the phone number i had from ebay which is a fax when i ring it, plus the same bike i bought is listed on their site. Funny how they lied to you and said they don't have anymore of that bike.
They have repeatedly wanted me to hand of the bike but i told them straight out i do not trust them as they do not provide any company name, phone number, the full name of the person i am dealing with, abn, street address of other business names. Anyway I rang the Office of Fair Trading and i hope they can help as i am tired of it. I filed a complaint on their website!
I know i have probably missed out some information but my brain has died with all this information and stress. I wanted this item to save me some energy and i end up getting less of it!
