You are going to be going super slow on the road. If you are going to be going at the same speed of a pedestrian, its better to be on the sidewalk because you would become a hazard. You need new crankset, new hub(if you want to go fixed), new stem that is like 60ft tall, and a new seatpost. Goodluck.
