You should have a great time. Don't worry about traffic coming too close because the drivers will but, they are use to cyclists. The roads are smaller often with no shoulder. Rode in the Alps in Austria, Slovenia, Italy (Dolomiti and Sud Troil), and Switzerland (Bernina Pass). You should have the time of your life. If you are camping the private campgrounds are 5 star. Oh, almost forgot. Don't worry what ever you forget you can buy over in EU. You have probably packed too much...I know I did.
