Centurion Le Mans RS

So I just got another bike, save for the wheels. This is the first Centurion to get me thinking about starting to collect them too. That said the bike is not my size so I am thinking of throwing on one of my wheel sets and selling it. Hopefully it's sale will fund my obtaining the proper size. What do you all think the best (most humane to the bike) option is? Throw on some period correct wheels, then sell? Go the trendy route with some aero wheels n flip hub? Just sell the frameset to a properly sized rider?
