No-- It's a 26" folder. I traded the 16" in to buy the Madsen. The 26" is a big bike. And my 3 year old is a big dude! (I'm 6'4") Hence the problem of him outgrowing the Topeak seat in the first place.

I'm thinking rollerblades or a longboard...
