18 speed would make it a 6x3, the levers on there are suicide levers, which you find on lower end frames. Not that this can't be changed out from the original configuration.
The really higher end and sought after bikes/frames are the RB-1 and RB-2.
that bike you see there is not worth $300, more like $50~100. It cost $250 NEW.
