Why risk it? Clasp is too wide/thick, hole for a slightly larger screw, wrong angle of mounting for the shoe... Why don't you just call Specialized and ask what the lead time is..? But if you don't mind being disappointed, order it from all 3 your listed!
I took it that they were out of them for good for whatever reason, but I'll contact my shop first.
