Your bike is new. The shift cables are stretching. This is perfectly normal. The stretch causes the derailleurs to go out of adjustment. It may take 2 or 3 adjustments until the cables settle in. I adjust everything after I've washed the bike and cleaned and lubed the chain.
or you could just put them both in the biggest gear, i.e. tight cable and pull the F out of them to stretch them out before you even adjust them...then it's all very small adjustments after that, maybe one time?
