I ride past one on the way home. Some of them at least are private property and I wouldn't ride through them unless I had some reason to be there other than being a short cut. I wouldn't be creeped out by it though.

As far as cemeteries being a waste of space, I understand the viewpoint but my feelings around that have shifted over time. It's pretty cool to be able to go to a place and find several generations of your ancestors, or even somebody else's. I guess I've grown more appreciative of the history they represent. Now parking lots, - there's a waste of space.
