Actually, I've seen Bianchi at the Sun & Ski at Katy Mills mall. I'm not sure if it was recently or been a while though. I really like that Bianchi Infanito. I may just have to wait a while longer to get it to save up more money.
Of course I'm going by looks now, I could completely hate how they ride. Based on my initial research, it looks like the Roubaix is kind of the standard bearer in terms of the "comfort" bike.
