I have this stem, when measured one way it's about 100mm and when measured the other way it's 95 or even 90mm center to center.

According to Fuji, the 2009 54cm roubaix RC comes with a 100mm stem so this one is 100mm I guess. However, I want to try out a 90mm stem and this one on ebay is listed as 95cm?

I haven't found any info that says a 95cm stem was available by Fuji so my problem is-is this also a 100mm stem but the seller just improperly measured it at the negative 7 degree angle? I'm trying to settle it with the seller but he's not responding to my question about how the measurements were taken so I want to ask here.

What's the proper way to measure +/- degree stems? One way their 100 or more mm, the other way their 95 or less. Which is right?

I was about to buy the one on ebay but now it looks like it's exactly the one I have now... 100mm
