Personally, for what you describe, I like the electra. OF course, I like mixte frames, especially ones that have girls in heels atop them.

Then again, $800 is super expensive for that bike I think. Find a cool old vintage mixte, would be a better deal. Of course, I'm not sure what the market is where you live.

Picked up this mixte last year for 70 euros, it's the most awesome city bike you could find.
but mixtes are about a dime a dozen around here, and your market is likely very different.
