I am a chocolate milk for recovery drinker too. Well, I drank it years ago when I was heavily into cycling. Getting back into it after a couple years off and I will start the chocolate milk recovery drink regimen again when my mileage and intensity increases, which will be soon I suppose. Trouble is in my house is that my 2 daughters, both high level competitive gymnasts, use chocolate milk as their recovery drink 5 times a week after practices so it goes fast. This was recommended to them by not only me but their coaches and nutritionist. Of course, they didn't listen to me when I told them the benefits of chocolate milk as a recovery drink years ago. Only when their coaches and nutritionist suggested it did they start using it
