That one^ could be a Taiwanese-made frame, not as desirable as a Japanese-made Allez which would probably be by Miyata (unless you get lucky and stumble over a San Rensho-built one and an owner who doesn't know it...both are pretty rare!).
Hard to make the call between Allez and Bertoni without seeing pics of each...but I'd lean toward the Bertoni, both sight-unseen.
