It's odd the seller is raving about the quality of the welding on the GT Lightning they're selling on eBay. I can see a large, heavy weld bead where on my GT Xizang, it's a very fine and smooth joint. That heavy and coarse weld on the Lightning made me think it couldn't be a real titanium bike. Fabricated in Taiwan, eh?

I think I'll keep looking for a good GT Xizang to buy as a mate for the one I already have...
