Anyways, it is very loud! I was riding behind someone when their tube exploded and it sounded much like a gunshot. It also damaged his tire, which was luckily his rear tire.

It almost happened again on Thursday. The same rider didn't have the bead under the rim. I noticed it at a traffic light 30s into the ride and told him.

I was also using an air compressor to pump up a tire when the tube exploded. I couldn't hear very well for a few minutes.
