You'll be able to get the same seat height on either bike, so that's equal. You can get the same reach on either one by swapping stems (within a few mm), so that's also equal. Just doing test rides on off the shelf bikes doesn't typically allow you swap stems, so it's hard to get an equal reach comparison. The biggest consideration is how much saddle/bar drop you'll have without needing a hideous giant stack of spacers, or on the other end a -17 stem.

Your arm length is also going to affect the reach a little, so one or the other could be better to avoid a super short or super long stem.
