Bikes: 2010 Kona Dew Drop (the daily driver),'07 Specialized Roubaix (the sports car), '99 ish Kona NuNu MTB (the SUV), Schwinn High Plains (circa 1992?) (the beater)

Thanks to my awesome LBS, the chain was fixed in a jiffy after Friday's mishap. Went to put the bike in the car (to take daughter to school -- 10 highway miles) and found front wheel flat for the second time in a week, necessitating a quick tire change (found some metal shavings inside the wheel, hopefully explaining the run of front wheel flats!)

So after dropping daughter off, I parked my car and I was back on the road this morning. I suspect that due to not being careful about positioning the bike in the car (I think) my front fender was loose and rubbing (the bolt holding the mounting bracket was loose). Took it off (praise for the quick release mount!) and stuck it in my backpack.

The ride itself was uneventful and pleasant. Sunny, but cool temps, traffic was light enough, and the bike performed flawlessly once the fender was removed :-)

Any hints on how to keep sunglasses from fogging at stoplights? I can see this becoming a real problem as the weather cools.
