anyone here get (semi) regular massages?
I've got lots of tight muscles in various places that self massage hasn't taken care of. I'm open to any suggestions. Mainly they're the muscles in my back along the spine, my lower back, the back of my knee where the hamstring/calve come together, and then my traps.
Stretching doesn't seem to be enough, I think some sort of pressure is required, but I'm not sure how to do it other than massage.
