Cat 3-4 teamwork.


Excellent team support from my team. Marked all moves, didn't "block" per se (my instructions) but merely sat on. Told them I wasn't looking for a leadout but they knew it'd help. Some of the guys are 3s, some are 4s. No one was ever a 2.

The blue team (IRSMedic) also had a lot of teamwork going but they had to get it perfect to launch enough guys off the front and it didn't work out for them. Many of their riders are former Cat 2s and regularly win/place in Masters or Cat 3 races.
