Yeah, EZ fire is entry level stuff, but like them or hate them, Shimano makes super parts and the quality and function of even their basic stuff is generally incredible.

I have heard of a lot of grumpy old mechanics who dislike selling anything higher than Deore level components because they believe (correctly IMO) that Deore is "as good as anyone really needs."
