Israel's "heat" isn't so bad....except maybe Eilat and the Negev.
The north was painfully humid, but yeah, you're probably used to it. When I was last in the south hiking around the Negev and Elat it was something like 45*C but bone dry, what I'm used to. A ride that ends with a swim in the Red Sea would be blissful
