It was a flat 10 mile TT, it took me 28:02 and I averaged 21.4MPH. I don't have aero bars or anything like that, so I just rode the way I usually do. It was a fun ride, I cought 4 rabbits

. I was told that I was basically sitting straight up, and that if I went aero I could pick up an extra MPH or 2. I'm gonna experiment with my seat to see if there's a way I can make it more comfortable for aero positioning and see how that helps. I didn't feel wiped after crossing the finish line, so I think I wasn't trying hard enough. From what I've gathered, I should feel like I'm going to fall over by the end of a TT.
A guy named John McGovern was TTing with us (who, from what I'm told is a semi-pro cyclist and triathlete), and had the pleasure of watching him fly by me as he did his 10 miles in 22:50
