I don't know if this qualifies as "classic," but it's old, at least (see "Definition" thread).

One problem with having a yellow bike with black contrasting paint and a stock brown saddle is that, if you add brown accoutrement, you start to enter the poop-and-pee territory, and you still have this oddball bit of black paint. Myself, I wouldn't choose this paint scheme. The darker headtube makes the frame look smaller and distorted to my eye. Anyway, here it is, with experimental bars and prototype mudflap.

Edit: BTW, it's a Motobecane-made Astra Tour de France. To me, at least with its stock Maes-bend bars, it captures the essence of the boom bike while still reflecting a little of the elegance of better bicycles. Except for the cheapy reflective stickers on the forks. And many other details.
