2.5 hours of steady z2 last night. looking at a graph it was one of my smoother more consistent efforts at that length.
i'm not even really training for anything other than Mt Charleston which isnt a major goal, just enjoying the weather and putting in some work to stave off winter weight for as long as i can.
having some neck pain after the steady efforts lately though. need to make and effort to stretch and shift around a little more on the bike, and commit more seriously to yoga off the bike. my bars are slammed pretty low so i might even flip them for winter base too.
