i will do my damnest to keep this civil cuz i am admittedly ignorant here and not trying to troll or piss anybody off...
i guess i'm just wondering like... i hear people routinely talking about thier workouts with power and saying they were easier or harder than usual, and i wonder whether youre actually doing the same physiological conditioning if the RPE is so different from one day to another at the same wattage...
i guess it seems to me like the ideal training partner would combine power, ventilatory volume and HR into one odometer, and even that would lack RPE, which seems like its probably just as important as any other metric...
