ideally:

FTP is a measure of extrenal product of phisiological processes, or output.

LTHR is a measure of the phisiological work itself. its not a perfect measure, but i'm just asking if in the rush for new toys and new tech we might not be neglecting the value of listening to the body itself and not just the output?
