He's a member of the forum, will hand build your wheels to your specs, and has an excellent reputation on this forum.

The wheels he built for me are about 18 months old, and are about as bulletproof a set of wheels as you can get. I got them, put them on the bike, and haven't touched them in thousands of miles on some of the nastiest roads in the country, and I weigh over 230.

They were around $340 delivered.
