I have a Fizik Pave (or some variation thereupon... I think they're mostly the same) that I admittedly bought because I thought it would look really great on my bike (and came with matching yellow tape!) but it ended up being pretty much my favorite saddle.

Just FYI, it's pretty much dead flat in both dimensions, so as long as that's your thing. It also tends more toward a "sweet spot," ie. only one good position. For me, that one position is great, but I know some others prefer the other Fizik models because they can slide around a little more.
