At 130 lbs, you are going to fly on this bike. I can't even imagine being 45-73 lbs lighter on mine. Just get those leg muscles built up and stamina for longer rides. I'd say keep hammering away on your mountain bike for training, then when you ride the 700C's on the Vilano, you'll feel like you're on a vacation. You'll be able to ride a featherweight SS/FG all day long, even if it is a slightly heavier brand/model.
