Whatever you are doing on the weight loss seems to be working but Pizza- even if it is Pie- would not be my choice of eating for anything. I hate Pizza.
But 3.4 lb loss in a week seems fantastic. I am currently 3lbs over my "Normal" weight and I just can't shift it. Perhaps I ought to give the Pizza Pie diet a try to see if it works.
Probably would as I would not be eating much of it.
