Bikes: '10 Surly LHT, Rat-rod Klunker, '82 Peugeot PH12 Centennial

I've got a steel Nishiki MTB I picked up out of the trash, it's great for commuting except it doesn't have eyelets for fenders. I need to replace the fork anyway, so it might work.
