Another 140 miles tomorrow
I'm going with a similar plan as last week. A 5-10 minute rest break every 40 miles or so. I'll be carrying four cliff bars and four gu packs, and will buy some more food on my scheduled stops. I'll be hydrating a lot more even if it means forcing myself to. I didn't consume very much fluids last week, so I will make it a point to this week. It's only a one way ride this week.
Here is a random question. I'm leaving Westbrook to go to Orono tonight around Midnight. If I inflate my tires to my normal 110 in the rear, 105 up front at Midnight... will my bike be okay for the next seven hours til I get on my bike at 7:00am? Will I hopefully not lose that much tire pressure?
