For 25.00, this is the best light you can buy, of course it is a flashlight using 18650 cells but is a great light. It has adjustable beam from super wide flood to tight spot.. A little on the heavy side a helmet light and rated at 200+ lumens which I say is accurate.. The flashing mode is nice right at 120 pulses per minute, not the seizure inducing speed of the fenix lights..
