That is over 1500 calories. A couch potato 70+ lbs overweight cannot do that 25 mile ride. Sorry. I should weigh 115lbs. I weigh 193lbs. I am almost double my ideal weight.
I used: http://www.hembrow.eu/personal/kreuzotter/espeed.htm . Sorry, I mistakenly plugged in your speed in the distance box. Here's the settings I modified from defaults:

1. racing bike - hands on tops
2. rider weight = 87.7kg
3. speed = 18.7 km/hr
4. trip distance = 40.3 km
5. click CALCULATE

results are:

power = 73 watts
Calories burnt = 541

Average-speed works well for the calculations if you do a loop where the net-elevation changes are canceled out. You may push a little harder going up the hills, but recover and burn less on the way down. Also weight in itself doesn't change anything. You'll just end up going slower up the hills compared to another rider of same power-output but lighter weight.
