Bikes: Felt AR1, Cervelo S2

at what point would you do a tear-down overhaul?

while i'm in the middle of a frame-up build and i now know that it's not rocket science, i glanced over at my other Felt sulking in the corner. I haven't been on it in a week since i injured my knee, and its last ride was a rainy century. so it's dirty. it'll soon have 4000 miles on it for the year.

So i was thinking of tearing it down completely and degreasing-cleaning-relubing every part of the bike, including the BB, and fitting it with new cables/housings/brake pads.

worth the trouble, or is it too much maintenance too soon?
