I don't know the make or model of the bike or what parts are original, but I love this bike. The stem, seat post, and chain rings are French; the shift levels (Campy) are English; and the frame, handlebars, drive train (Shimano 600), cranks (Sugino Pro Dynamic s), wheels, pedals, and brake system (Shimano 600) are Japanese. When I purchased the bike, the seat was Italian. The tires (Gatorskins), chain (Sachs), saddle (Origin 8), brake levers, and handbar tape (Salsa) were changed by me. When I stripped the paint, I discovered chrome on the stays and forks. When I had the bike powder coated candy apple green, I left the chrome exposed. I attempted to leave as many of the components on the bike that were there when I bought it. I bought the bike for $20. My total invest is $160. The bike weighs under 24 lbs.
