The air in a can might work, but I can't say for sure.
I'm a big fan of compressed air and have used it exclusively (when available) for almost ten years on ourys and various other grips.
Start by shoving the grip on dry as much as you can. You probably won't get very far.
Then blow the compressed air into the area between the grip and your bars. The grip will inflate/deflate and shake around making a farting sound. Push it on to the bar while this is happening.
This is the easiest way in the world to get grips on and off. There's no waiting for stuff to dry, no mess. Easy to take on/off again.
