Sounds like a good exchange of information to me. A problem with a product is a problem. I am glad that there are people that are willing to "review" products and share with the rest of us. Isn't that what Consumer Reports does?. Just go anywhere on the net and you can get reviews on almost anything.

I won't buy any major product until I check it out to see how the folks feel about it. Then I make my decision.
