Thats just what I call it, I'm not sure of the proper name.
Stand on a lege with the heels on the ledge and the other half od the foot hanging off.
Dip your toes towards the ground.
Raise your toes up again as far as possible.
This works the muscle on the outer part of the leg. I think it's called the anterior tibialis(sp).
