Well I have a 26x1.95 inner tube with a presta valve. Due to a bit to much agression while pumping the tyre caused the presta valve to crack off. I knew instantly that a new inner tube was needed so I had a look around and found a inner tube with a car valve sized 26vx2.0. I want to fit this one but there are two problems

1. the hole is too small- solution: I have been told to carefully drill through to increase the size so that should be sorted...

2. Obviously the new inner tube is 26 by 2.0 and the actual tyre has 26X1.95 written on it. Should I still use it or could it damage my bike?
