Choose an italian Brand. They seem to be made with the "Slimmer" torso in mind. If you get the right length- they will be tight on the circumference.

But short fitting is an art- First find the store that has a vast array of Bibs or shorts. Choose about 4 or 5 that by appearance look as though they will fit. Do not be happy with the first pair you try on. Then when you have found the size-make and model that you like- take 3 pairs of the "Correct" size into the changing room. You will soon find out that there is a difference in manufacture on the same size. Then as you have found out this fact- try another couple of makes that you initially liked abd try them again in the 3 pairs of the same size.

Then go back to the first pair you tried on and they'll do.

Learnt this from taking my daughters clothes shopping when I was paying. It must work as they always look stunning in the clothes that they wear.
