Just finished the take down, clean and reassemble. My last road bike was a 1980-ish Sears bike with safety levers and what felt like pallet straps for bar wrapping. This is much lighter. I need to get someone from my MTB crowd to ride road with me, so that I can take this thing on a trip.



(edited: Just changed to a triple with a mtb rd, red bar tape, new wheels, set the rear to 135mm, and some new levers - because I can't find replacement hoods).
