The cannondale + Zipps would be a better bike than the specialized and they would end up being the same price.


But just IMO, if you aren't experienced enough to know the physical differences between those bikes, then you aren't experienced enough to feel a difference when riding. Nor would you be able to tell the difference with a $3000 bike. But its your choice, if you got the money to spend, go for it
